Hallo,
ok, danke nochmal für die Erklärung. Dann passt das vom Prinzip so, wie ich es durchgeführt habe.
Werde das aber auch alternativ mal mit der Anwärmzeit probieren und schauen,ob sich da signifikant was ändert.

Hallo Piet,
habe bei mir die Kuvette an der Stelle makiert, wo der Leeerwert am geringsten ist. So schiebe ich sie auch immer gleich ausgerichtet in Photometer. Bringt auch noch 4-5mV an Genauigkeit.

I think Ingrid said as more of a comparison photometer -
